Linum Consult’s client is an international company, currently seeking a Sales Operations Director to provide effective operations support to their sales team in Egypt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing and managing the entire sales operations department, including sales processes, tools, technology, and the team
- Developing and implementing strategic sales operations plans to achieve revenue goals and improve sales productivity
- Identifying and implementing sales tools and technologies that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Managing and motivating the sales operations team, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and priorities
- Analysing sales data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing sales reporting and dashboards to monitor and improve sales performance
PROFILE
- Degree qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar field
- Around 10-12 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the Construction, Engineering, or Real Estate industries
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent understanding of numerical data
- Good ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, with a proactive and flexible mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills
