Linum Consult’s client is an established engineering company currently seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join their team in Alexandria, Egypt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining server-side APIs and data processing pipelines
- Implementing alert systems and communication APIs
- Designing data ingestion pipelines for various sources
- Ensuring the security and performance of backend services
PROFILE
- Degree qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or other relevant subject
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Node.js
- Strong experience with RESTful API development
- Familiar with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka
- Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment
- Strong communication skills
