Linum Consult’s client is a major organisation in Qatar. They are seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team in Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Preparing detailed budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Conducting monthly financial performance reviews and providing insights to management
- Creating comprehensive financial reports and dashboards
- Analysing cost structures and identifying opportunities for savings
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, with either a Master’s of Business Administration or Chartered qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA) and Finance qualification (preferably CFA)
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role, within a large international or multicultural organisation
- Extensive knowledge of modelling and business plans
- Strong knowledge of PowerBI, and Microsoft Office software, and SAP/ECM
- Ideally have a background of working in the Middle East
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
