Linum Consult’s client is a major international company that works within the energy sector. They are currently seeking two Executive Assistants to provide executive support to their C-Level executives, based in their head office in Doha, Qatar.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to all department heads across the company
- Coordinating and managing executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for various departments
- Facilitating internal and external communications between departments, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information
- Assisting in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and taking minutes
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Supporting project management activities by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
PROFILE
- Degree qualification in Business Administration, or relevant subject
- At least 8-10 years’ experience supporting C-level executives
- Ideally have 5 years of experience working for a large multinational company
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Previous experience of working in Qatar or other Gulf countries would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Very strong interpersonal skills, highly organised, with a consistently professional appearance and conduct are essential
