Linum Consult’s client is a major international construction consultancy. They are currently seeking a Senior PMO Manager to oversee their Project Management Office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and implementing comprehensive PMO plans and processes for overseeing, coordinating, and reporting all work processes. Establishing policies and procedures for project management
- Participating in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project
- Communicating with client representatives regarding the project’s progress and any areas of concern
- Implementing standardised project management and business analysis practices
- Developing and administering project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions
- Overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in Engineering
- At least 20 years’ experience in project management environments on large projects, including overall responsibility for setting up and running a PMO
- Excellent knowledge and experience in professional project management processes and procedures
- Good knowledge of site engineering, project controls, environment, health and safety, contracts management, and quality
- Previous involvement in continuous improvement and talent development
- Strong skills in management, personnel administration, and communication
- Previous experience working internationally and/or in global organisations
